Starting again for the 700th time

Over the years I have repeatedly tried to blog. I would make the first post (just like this one!) and talk about my goals, hopes, aspirations, and promise to stick with it. Then I would make a couple posts, or one post, or never actually make a post. Then I would feel bad about myself.

The underlying theme in all of this is that my curse of perfectionism is really good at hindering follow through. I always think that I need to have VERY interesting ideas, high levels of polish, and it needs to be so good that everyone loves it and no one can say anything critical about it.

What I intend to do different here is make the barrier a topic of discussion. I know that I am not the only person on Earth that feels this way, and we are all trying to figure out how to navigate a neurotypical world that is not built for us.

Better to figure it out together than go it alone.
